Corporate:
The firm gives advice on all aspects of general corporate law including the establishment of companies, general advice on corporate and share capital structures, shareholder matters and stock exchange matters, corporate governance issues, reorganizations and reconstruction, and joint ventures.

The firm's general corporate practice also encompasses drafting and advice on a wide range of commercial contracts.

Banking and Finance:
We represent clients in a wide range of financial transactions. These involve corporate finance, lending and borrowing. The firm advises on all corporate matters related to kinds of transactions. We also provide a full range of litigation and other services in these areas.
The firm represented banks, borrowers and investments funds in a number of domestic and international financing projects.
The firm has assisted several foreign clients to set up subsidiaries or branches in the
Baltic States and have advised on regulatory and statutory issues relating to securities business.

Commercial Property and Construction:
The firm assists clients with commercial real estate transactions. Services include the formation and structuring of real estate ventures; land acquisition and development. The firm advises clients on the leasing of property used by them in connection with their business.
Mergers and Acquisitions:
The firm has participated in many major M&A transactions in Lithuania in recent years. In these transactions we have acted for the various parties involved including sellers, buyers, financiers and management. The firm has inter alia conducted major due diligence operations and give legal opinions concerning the status of companies involved, the enforceability of the documentation, etc. When acting as advisor to the buyer, the firm normally continues to serve the buyer and the target company subsequent to the acquisition as well.
In the recent years fulfilling the orders upon request of our clients - the foreign investors - our law firm has conducted due diligence of major Lithuanian enterprises operating in such spheres as food industry, timber processing, energy and telecommunications.
Communications, Technology and Media:
In the telecommunications fields, the firm has been involved in projects relating to cellular, satellite and cable networks (and the licensing of services relating to such networks) and internet providers.
The firm has experience in the introduction of commercial television and radio in Lithuania.
The firm represents foreign and multinational clients in this area including mobile telecommunications operators and television broadcasters.
Competition and Unfair Marketing:
The firm has considerable experience in the drawing-up and implementation of compliance programs, filings with competition authorities in Lithuania as well as general advice on, for example, contract drafting and on the way in which Lithuania's competition legislation affect companies doing business in Lithuania.
Employment and Benefits:
The firm advises companies on all legal aspects of employer and employee relations in accordance with Lithuania labor law.
The services that the firm provides include drafting employment contracts; representing employers in court proceedings; advising on employee terminations and wrongful dismissal claims and obtaining work permits and visas for foreign employees.
Energy:
In addition to mergers and acquisitions, the firm advises clients on a wide range of energy related issues such as regulatory matters, generation, transmission, trading, competition and anti-trust matters, contracts with governmental agencies and supervisory authorities, and the strategic and political implications of energy projects.

The firm advises on all major aspects of insolvency including winding-up proceedings. The firm provides litigation services for the determination and resolution of insolvency related disputes.
EU Law:
The Lawyers of the firm have advised institutions on harmonization of the national legislation to EU law as a result have certain experience in EU law

The firm represents both domestic and international clients in projects related to the insurance business including privatization, incorporation, structuring and financing of insurance companies.
